Brief Introduction for Special Alloy Surface Coating

Processing Method:Over welding of nickel based alloy on the thread surface. Features:
1. Evenly hardened surface with 1m/m thickness.
2. Hardness will not decrease under normal temperature.
3. Corrosion-resistance and especially suitable for PVC material.
4. The hardened surface is 2 or 3 times more wear resistant than conventional threaded rods.
